Published in Lahore, India, in 1909 this is the Punjab District Gazetteer for the Rawalpindi District, which was part of India at the time of publication, now part of Pakistan, the book is a hardback format, just under 11 inches tall, 253 pages, this issue without the maps, with the reference to the maps covered over on the covers and title page at the time of publication, the books cover is showing some marking and worming damage, heavy fraying wear to spine ends, general rubbing wear, internally some loosening of contents, with worming holes, page edges to a couple of the contents page showing some wear, else in acceptable condition
