BYATT, TOM KENEALLY, PENELOPE LIVELY, MARGARET ATWOOD, KAZUO ISHIGURO, IAN McEWAN, HILARY MANTEL, GRAHAM SWIFT, and PETER CAREY, either on the verso of the half-title, the title page or at their individual contributions. The book has been further lightly pencilled identifying names adjacent to some of the signatures (these can be easily erased). Signed copies with such attributes are exceedingly uncommon.
