traditional buildings and townscapes taken by US soldiers stationed in the country. Belonging to a soldier named Al Rodrigues,
the supporting letter outlines that the booklet is a pictorial record of his time in Iran.

“In future years may it serve also to remind you that your hardships and sacrifices of the past two years have helped immeasurably to win the war - and save the lives of fellow Americans.” The photographers are named as Blohm, Covello, Miller, Arkus, Marthey, Peters, Kohl, Campbell and Mitchell."
