4to. Limited edition of 280 copies. Pale yellow, cloth-covered, clamshell box containing: Quarto volume, bound in a quarter orange cloth with printed paper sides. Illustrated with photo plates and wood engravings (1 folding). Together with: Large oblong folder of 9 coloured illustrations for 'Royal Flush' c.1946, and a sewn booklet containing extra engravings too large for the book. Clamshell box a little marked. Contents as new.
