This is a book for those who appreciate the uniqueness of hand crafted small and limited editions. It has been beautifully bound in blue morocco with gilt lettering to the spine, marbled boards and endpapers, nicely crafted but still with a rustic appeal to it. With frontispiece by Eva Haddou dated 1930 and original vignette to each page by Ch. Brouty. I cannot find any information about the author or illustrator and can only imagine that it may have a vanity project. Small round monogram 'HS' to rear facing contents page. Translated as 'Me without you - The poem of remembrance and loneliness' there were 300 copies published, which this is number 11, and another 100 from which 75 were printed for friends of the author. A very tactile copy, in near fine condition with only minor scuffing to the edges, a touch of foxing to some pages and light offsetting from the vignettes. 59pp.
