This is a nice little chapbook sized manuscript book of riddles by a J. A. Soames, dated September 27th 1869, a small format measuring 3.5 inches by 2.75 inches approx., fully used with 32 handwritten pages of humorous riddles, covers have some wear and creasing, internally noticeable staining to much of the books pages, though this gets less through the book, some page corner wear else in good acceptable condition.
