Book Description

Important early work on Artillery and military tactics by Johann von Wallhausen. Illustrated with plates by Theodore De Bry. Published in Frankfurt, 1638. Contains 35 (of 35) plates including 25 double page. Wallhausen was a keen proponent of millitary discipline which he learnt in the Dutch Religious wars against Spain.
