Book Description
Five suits of cards with 14 cards per suit contained in a specially designed box. There is also an outer box. Accompanying booklet (in German and English). 57 pp. Card wrapper. Three further cards contained in the booklet wrapper. The five suits are:- Roses, Aquilegias, Carnations, Parrots and Hares. The booklet provides historical background to the cards and discusses the fact that the cards are circular. Introduction by Detlef Hoffmann.

Booklet in very good condition. Ink gift dedication to inside of front cover. Loosely inserted ex libris of the late John Rowlands the art historian. Upper surface of card box a little soiled but generally in very good condition. Outer box in fair condition. Somewhat discoloured and generally a little worn.
