Josephine’s Birthday, related by Mrs H C Cradock, author of Josephine and Her Dolls. Beautifully illustrated by Honor C Appleton, with 8 coloured plates, double-spread pictorial endpapers and many b/w illustrations. 64pages; occasional slight pale foxing or tanning, endpapers have embrowned panels. 255 x 190mm [approx 10” x 7 ½”] cloth spine, buff boards with pictorial onlay, small dent to top edge of boards else bright and very good condition in the scarce pictorial d/w which has some pieces chipped from top and base of spine-fold and some fraying along edges, else largely complete, has lists of Blackie's Colour Books on back and on inner flaps.
