Book Description
Initialled dedication in verse to second front endpaper in the author’s hand. I do not believe this verse is elsewhere recorded: ‘Will she, the magic of whose eyes, / And of whose voice the varied tone, / Can wring a tear from Apathy, / Can thrill & freeze & turn to stone, &c, &c. Rogers was 61 in 1824. A unique item.
