Also an ink reference number on the reverse of the title page. Octavo, 472 pages. Blue cloth covers blind stamped with gilt lettering on spine. Covers worn, especially to the top and bottom of the spine, pages browned and title page foxed. The scrim has cracked between the title page and preface but the stitches are intact.
