Navy blue cloth boards, gilt lettering to spine and front cover , no dustwrapper. Bevelled edges. 9ins x 6.75ins, patterned endpapers, xix, (i), 247pp plus frontis portrait. Gift inscription from the editor, signed with his initials and dated 1895 to the first blank page after the front endpapers. Limitation page signed by the editor. Front hinge cracked but holding. Small indentation to top of front cover. VG.
