first illustrated edition thus Special Edition, one of 100 copies only signed by the Artist large 4to. 306pp. on thick wove paper (possibly hand-made) printed with very generous margins, 12 coloured plates with the coloured illustrations mounted on slightly stiff cream parchment sheets, numerous other illustrations throughout, original cream parchment backed olive cloth, spine very slightly marked with minor split at foot. Nice copy.
