Book Description

The idea of the book is that the statement of a problem holds the key to its solution. Good design is as much a matter of asking the right questions as of answering them. An exploration of the design process that led to the production of 26 everyday Danish products, from “A light fitting that made a contribution to the theory of lighting” to “A mixing bowl which is what a mixing bowl wants to be” and of course, “A plastic brick that’s a new toy every day” – the LEGO brick.
