Saul, Gloucestershire: The Standfast Press, not dated but all prints dated 1973. Limited Edition in Full morocco leather by Sangorski and Sutcliffe.
Limited Edition 1 of 150 copies, further limited to 50, this copy number 4, with an original signed pencil sketch by Michael Lyne and 23 signed wood engravings in in envelope in the pocket at the rear, finely bound in full green morocco by Sangorski and Sutcliffe.
In the original slipcase. (xvi), 303pp with the original Lyne sketch tipped in on to one of the front free end papers, tissue guarded.
Approximately 11 and ¾ inches tall.
