The pamphlets are: 1] A grand selection of sacred music and the oratorio of Israel in Egypt. 2] First miscellaneous concert. 3] A part of the oratorio of Joshua, Lobgesang. 4] The operas of La Gazza Ladra, the thieving magpie and La Prova, the rehearsal. 5] The Messiah a sacred oratorio. 6] Second miscellaneous concert. 7] A portion of the oratorio of Jeptha. 8] [List of participants]. Dated the 22nd to the 25th of September 1840. Beautifully bound in full morocco gilt decorated and lettered to the front board. Watered silk doublures or end papers. Some light browning to pages and very occasional spotting. Words only, no music.
