This catalogue was produced to accompany the exhibition of work by the German artist Georg Baselitz (b.1938), one of Germany's best known artists, held at the Royal Academy of Arts, London from 22 September to 9 December, 2007. The catalogue reproduces all the key works of Baselitz's distinguished career, exploring his development and revealing the achievement of an artist whose concerns are derived from his experiences of postwar German society.
