Mounted in 4 large spring-backed folders, this is one man’s collection of around 5,000 matchbox labels from all corners of the globe, separated into country of origin where known and probably mostly dating from after WW2. About 40% of the collection is identified from old eastern bloc countries. This item may have at some time been mounted and will bear traces on the reverse of adhesive or removal of mounts.
