Paris Review Editions, Doubleday and Company Inc., New York, 1967. Hardback. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. First Edition. 1st printing with 'First Edition' stated at copyright page as required - in publisher's original blue cloth boards with blind bird device to centre of front board and black cloth spine with titles and borders in gilt - all still fresh, clean and bright. The binding is sound, tight and square. Internally clean and fresh - appears unread- with no inscriptions and very minor wrinkling to front pastedown. The unclipped dustjacket is a little rubbed at edges and joints with tiny nicks at fold ends; one short inconspicuous closed tear at top edge of rear panel [2cm] some fading at spine and light soiling to rear panel. Over-all a very nice copy. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Seller Inventory # 002179
