Likewise Impartial Memoirs of the Times, and Characters of the Sufferers.

Very scarce with contemporary binding. Folio. Panelled calf boards, spine of six bands, title gilt on crimson morocco, lower board detached, upper board hinge cracked though holding very firmly, abrasions to calf which is peeling and marked, chipping to spine extremes, bookplate G M B Napier Esq. to fep, ffep missing, title page printed in red and black creased, preface with tear without text loss, pages generally browned with spotting here and there, page edges dusty, some tearing to lower right pages in P - R and without text loss, lower eps not present, text block very firm generally in very good condition. Title partially accords with ESTC 5646 with iv, 922pp, lacks 8 page index and latter 1 page advertisements. Copac shows 12 UK institutions holding copies of the 1738 edition. 3.5 kg.
