1921 Limited edition of 500 (copy no 123). Signed by both Eden Phillpotts and Arthur Rackham. Hardback. 4to. 78pp. Original cream boards with gilt illustration to upper board and gilt to spine. Top edge gilt. No jacket. Three tipped-in colour illustrations with tissue guards all in place and very bright, seven full page b&w drawings by Rackham together with numerous vignettes and decorations throughout the book and decorated end papers. This is a beautiful book of poems by Eden Phillpotts about different apple varieties, The Wassailing and Cider Makers.

Book in near fine condition. Very slight bumping to top corner of lower board and minor bumping to top corner of upper board. Neat gift inscription and date to front blank page. An extremely bright and clean copy. (ref. 1306278)
