Shum Choi-Sang [1922 - 2016] was one of the foremost figures in Hong Kong journalism, publisher of the Overseas Chinese Daily News founded by his father, and holding key posts in media organisations in Hong Kong. He was a philanthropist and local benefactor, receiving many honours from the British and Hong Kong governments.
