Book Description

3 printed poems addressed to Miss Annie Eliza Burroughs on her birthday March 21st, 1863, 1864 and 1865. All with the initials TH at the end - this is Thomas Hailing of the Oxford Printing Works, Cheltenham who married Miss Burroughs in 1865. The three poems are printed on paper that has been die cut to resemble lace, each sheet has a blank plain sheet of paper to the rear. All the sheets have been folded and creased in the past. Some tears and wear along the folds. Some soiling and marks, the 1865 poem has more marks and smudges and the plain sheet is stained. Old glue traces to the rear where they must once have been mounted in an album
