1st A POEM ON SHELLEY’S DEATH

Book Description
Edited by H. Buxton Foman,
Originally written not long after Shelley’s death in 1822 in one of Mary Shelley’s journals, this poem remained unpublished until 1876 when it was privately printed by Forman, loosely bound in the original card covers with title label fixed to upper cover, printed on very nice quality handmade paper, pages un-sewn with a loosely inserted engraved portrait of Shelley, 14pp, some mild corner creasing to the covers, a couple of minor marks within, else in very nice clean condition, no indication of the size of the print run for this printing, but I would imagine it was a very small, very scarce
