Dealer Notes
The Peter Lunn publishing house did not exist for long, just from 1943 – 1948 which must have been hugely difficult in those war time conditions. However, it published well over 100 illustrated books in that time, and many were outstanding in their innovative design and writing. Many well known artists started or developed their careers with Lunn, including Laurence Scarfe, Brian Robb, Bruce Angrave, Robin Jacques, Arnrid Johnston and William Stobbs
