The folded title and colophon pages and all 24 loose sheets are housed in a green paper chemise within a beige cloth covered portfolio folder with a green printed wood engraving to the front panel. The engravings were originally commissioned by Hal Cheetham for his private printed volume entitled 'La Vida Breve' which was issued in 1991.
