Some light browning, pp.295-6 shaved along fore-edge with loss to text and misbound after pp.297-8, pp.111-2 sl loss to fore-edge in part affecting three lines of text, rebound in modern period style calf, gilt lettered red morocco title label to spine.

Extremely scarce. Roff pp.73-4. Part I only ‘...Issued probably as a stitched pamphlet...’ Oxford University Copac ‘Issued in 6 parts, with separate and engraved plates. Additional engraved t.p. to vol. Preface dated January 28, 1807. The individual are included in the signatures but do not form part of the pagination sequence. The last part (p. 281-324) was issued with the index and the additional engraved t.p. to the complete vol. in place of its own letter-press t.p. Index ([8] p. at end). Colophon: Printed by W.
