[25 x 31.5 cm]; 75 fine photogravure of which 35 being full-page, the others are 2 or 4 per page, each photograph captioned, original imitation crocodile binding lettered in gilt, decorated boards tied with original, slight wear to corners, plates on heavy paper are fine and clean, no date of publication, circa 1930's. A series of photographs in Sepia colour taken in Basrah, Amarah, Baghdad, the Tigris, Babylon, and Mosul, illustrating the topography, costumes and daily life.
