Venue: The Passenger Shed, Station Approach, Bristol BS1 6QH
We have moved the premier West Country fair from Bath to Bristol in 2015. Bristol has become a vibrant city with palpable energy and we think having a book fair here will be a fantastic place. We also think we have found the right venue to promote a large event stylebook fair in this city. It is Brunel’s Old Passenger Shed situated right on the forecourt of Bristol Temple Meads railway station, where lines from London, the Midlands, Wales and the South West converge. There will be thousands of second-hand and antiquarian books all under one roof on offer covering a wide variety of specialisms. As well as our huge selection of books, we will have live performances by street entertainers and singers and it we hope it will be a great two day book fair.
Please note: The Temple Meads car park is adjacent to the passenger shed and the rates are weekdays indoor £16.40, outdoor £11.30, Saturday and Sunday £9.80 indoor, outdoor £6.80. This is the public car park for the station and operates on a first come first served basis, but there are other car parks nearby.
